This baby schedules planner is broken down into the first few weeks of your baby’s life, and then follows your baby’s first year by month:
1-2 weeks, 3-4 weeks, Month 2, Month 3, Month 4, Month 5, Month 6, Month 7, Month 8, Month 9, Month 10, Month 11, and Month 12.
Each month includes a recommended schedule that is appropriate for the age of the baby. It includes a sample schedule, ideal wake times, the ideal number of naps and length of naps, what you should be focusing on this month and more! There is a place to adjust the schedule to fit your baby’s needs, and record those changes.
The schedule follows an eat, wake, sleep routine throughout the day, which is key to having your baby set up for sleep success for naps and night. Each page includes a place to write down observations about your baby’s food intake, wake time behaviors and interests, and how sleep is going. There are diaper tallies, and a place to calculate your baby’s total sleep for the day.
